Luxury Accommodation in Cape Town |
|
|
Fairview
is an exclusive townhouse complex with 24hr security, situated
on the slopes of Table Mountain in the quiet suburb of Vredehoek
(literally "peaceful corner"). Walking distance to
the Cape Town city centre and in close proximity to Table Mountain
cableway, V&A Waterfront and beaches eg. Clifton, Camps
Bay etc.
Excellent self catering accommodation for guests who want to
have a home from home environment or for long term
guests. The beautiful maintained gardens, peaceful setting,
stunning views, peace-of-mind security and sparkling pool are
a few of its attractions.
The decor is elegant and comfortable and each apartment is appointed
with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom/s and bathroom/s.
The comfortable lounges are spacious and lead onto a private
patio or balcony where you can sit and enjoy the views of the
city and mountains. The bedrooms are spacious with ample cupboards
and the bathroom/s well equipped. TVs, telephones, fans and
heaters are all standard.
There are several accommodation options available from Studio
Suites for corporate clients to 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Suites
for a family of 6.
The gardens are beautif with a swimming pool ensuring a tranquil
end to a busy day. The 24 hour security offers peace of mind
to guests and secure parking outside each unit is appreciated
by all.
The pivotal position offers easy access to several excellent
restaurants and shops, within 10 minutes of the City Centre,
10 minutes from Table Mountain Cableway , 10 minutes to the
V&A Waterfront and within 20 minutes from the airport.
My favourite restaurant in the area is Carlisle on Derry in
Derry Street for a lamb shank or pizza and Lesari - just of
Buitenkant Street for breakfast, lunch and coffee.
Features:
- Studio’s, 1/2/3 bedroom apartments
- Communal swimming pool
- Communal gardens

THE CITY CENTRE:
The parliamentary capital of the republic, Cape Town works
as a city in a way that so few on the African continent
do. Historic buildings have been saved, businesses are booming,
crime is coming under control and you'll seldom be stuck
for a parking space. Factor back in those stunning mountains
and magnificent surf beaches and you'll soon discover –
like many before you – that it's easy to lose track
of time while exploring this unique Southern African city.
Cape Town is famed for its hospitality. Its mix of trendy
restaurants match up favourably to those in any other cosmopolitan
city. There's a lively cultural scene, particularly when
it comes to music, which seems to pervade every corner of
the city. The people are open-minded and the mood relaxed.
