The Bond House
This luxurious Camps Bay Villa with a great view was designed and furnished by Stefan Antoni. It is situated a short stroll from Camps Bay beach and the host of Camps Bay restaurants.
On arrival at this 6 star villa youwill be welcomed with a bottle of champagne and every morning there will be freshly cut fruit, yoghurt and muesli laid out for you.
The house can be rented as a 7 bedroom house or as 4 different units:
The Ground Floor Apartment has 2 en suite bedrooms, kitchen, spacious lounge and dining room, office/workstation area, koi pond and expansive outside garden terraces with 12 meter rim-flow pool.
The Separate Guest Apartment (also on ground floor) has an en suite bathroom, kitchen, lounge/bedroom and balcony.
The Top Floor Penthouse has 3 en suite bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, dining room, terrace and wraparound rim-flow pool.
The Basement Studio Apartment is a bachelor pad with its own separate entrance. (This studio is situated next to the laundry and therefore not my favourite room.... )
